Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. We can’t guarantee early check-in, but we’ll always try our best to accommodate you.
Yes. If you reach Inverness before your room is ready, leave your bags with reception and relax in the lounge or brasserie until check-in. Secure luggage storage is also available.
Yes, subject to availability — £10 for noon or £20 for 1 pm. Just ask reception.
Yes — our porters are happy to help you with your luggage.
We don’t run a shuttle, but reception can book you a taxi for any time you like, including early-morning flights. Taxis wait outside the airport arrivals terminal and the journey is short.

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 4 pm the day before arrival. Advance Purchase and promotional rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.

King beds are 5 ft wide × 6 ft 6 in long; Super King beds are 6 ft × 6 ft 6 in. Classic Doubles have Super King beds.

The leisure club and pool are for hotel guests and members only — we don’t offer day passes.
Gym and leisure club use is for guests aged 15 and over. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and under-16s must be accompanied in the pool.

Yes — a free 22-space car park, subject to availability. If it’s full, reception can arrange a permit for a nearby car park with a refundable £20 deposit.
On-street parking is free from 5 pm to 10 am on some streets; daytime charges run up to around £6 per 24 hours.

Our car park is too small for large motorhomes. We recommend the nearby Torvean Car Park, which accommodates motorhomes and RVs.
Yes — £15 per dog, per night, maximum two dogs per room. Guide and hearing dogs stay free of charge. See our pet policy.
Dogs are welcome in bedrooms and the lounge — where you’re also welcome to eat — but not in the restaurant or leisure club.
No — to avoid distress or noise, dogs shouldn’t be left alone in rooms. We’ll happily set a table in the lounge so you can dine together.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome.
Yes — spacious family and interconnecting rooms, with cots available on request. Please pre-book.
Under-12s stay free when sharing a family room with two paying adults (river-view rooms excluded). In their own room, children are charged 50% of the adult rate (minimum £69.90), and meals for ages 5–12 are charged separately.

Yes — an external service Monday to Friday. Collect a bag and list at reception, drop off by 8:30 am, and it’s returned the same afternoon (usually 24 hours; priced per item). A launderette nearby is open 7 days a week.
Yes — we can hold parcels under your name and store luggage for you.
Please tell reception or the duty manager straight away so we can put it right. Complaints can also be sent in writing to the General Manager.
