Festive Lunch Booking Terms & Conditions

Open Table (our preferred booking tool) can process bookings up to 8 guests, for larger parties please book direct.
SELECT “Palace Brasserie”, choose your time and then add “Festive Lunch” to your Open Table special request box.
Dietary Requirements – note any dietary requirements/ Vegan menu requirements on Open Table when booking.
We kindly ask that your party is ready to be seated at the time indicated in your booking confirmation. To allow for a smooth service please pass this to all your guests, food and beverage service will start when the whole party has arrived.
Your table is booked for 2 hours from the start of your reservation.
Please notify the hotel on 01463 223243 if you are delayed, or we may release the table 15 minutes after the reservation time.
All Festive Lunch bookings require a credit card to secure the booking for direct bookings and online. All credit card information will be processed securely via Open Table and is the fastest way to make a booking for 8 or less.
Final numbers and dietary requirements are due 7 days prior to arrival or if booked within 7 days this is required at time of booking.
Payment at the Hotel for 8 or less guests required on arrival.
Full pre-payment required for parties of 8 or more – payment due 7 days prior to arrival.
No-shows or cancellations less than 1 week in advance will be subject to a charge of £10 per person.
Changes to guest count made less than 1 week in advance will be subject to a charge of £10 per person.
