Brasserie & Bar
The Bar and Brasserie are ready and waiting for you! The complete interior transformation of the Bar & Brasserie at the Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa offers you a sophisticated and elegant space where you can simply relax in style. You can relax at the high top tables, enjoy a Matthew Algie coffee with a super selection of cakes and bakes or a Suki Tea. For the grown ups you can sip your favourite Cocktail from the the resident cocktail experts ready to bring a “cosmopolitan” touch to your stay. Or perhaps savour the Gin Menu. We also still have all your favourites and the extra bar space means we have added a few more fine Scottish Malt Whiskies for you to experience too! The new Brasserie also offers you the perfect place for your Pre-Theatre & Early Evening menu for an early evening dinner ideal if you are going to Eden Court Theatre (see menus).

Eight on the River Restaurant
Relax and enjoy the Eight on the River a stylish modern dining experience for you to enjoy. Eight overlooks the River Ness and Inverness Castle a perfect situation for winter and summer dining. Eight offers a contemporary style menu & the Inclusive Menu, both are carefully crafted to offer a selection of local produce each evening from Scottish Salmon, to Scotch Beef to delicious desserts. With the plush interior decor boasting a rich purple carpet and banquet seating with contrasting deep green furnishings and rich cream curtains its designed to be easy on the eye and very relaxing. You’ll enjoy a lovely relaxing setting with a good selection of wines to complement the menu.
Wake up in the morning to the 54 choice Hot & Cold Scottish Highland breakfast buffet. It is one of the best things about staying at the Palace – your breakfasts never get smaller. From healthy fruits, nuts, cereal and eggs to the more hearty full hot Scottish breakfast buffet freshly cooked so you can enjoy as much as you want including Campbells Haggis! Kick back and relax in the newly refurbished lounges at the Palace. When you’re away from home sometimes you just want time to catch up with friends, read a book or perhaps watch the latest news. The relaxing lounge offers the new Bar Drinks & Wine Menu as well as the Brasserie dining menu. You can sit in the window and watch the River Ness flow by or by the fire with a great book! Time is not important in the Highlands there really is a slower pace to your break.
Its free and you can then relax in your room after a busy day with a delicious dinner. Or for a little indulgence enjoy a hot Scottish breakfast in bed at the weekend and you don’t even need to lift a finger. Room Service is one of the great things about a hotel so indulge at the Palace.
