Eight offers a contemporary style menu & the Inclusive Menu, both are carefully crafted to offer a selection of local produce each evening from Scottish Salmon, to Scotch Beef to delicious desserts. With the soft plush interior decor boasting a Iona Crawford design wall paper and fabrics and banquet seating with contrasting rich barrel and cork furnishings with lush rich velvet curtains its designed to be timelessly elegant, easy on the eye and very relaxing. You’ll enjoy a lovely relaxing setting with a good selection of wines to complement the menu.
The Bar and Brasserie are ready and waiting for you! The complete interior transformation of the Bar & Brasserie at the Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa offers you a sophisticated and elegant space where you can simply relax in style. You can relax at the high top tables, enjoy a Starbucks Coffee with a super selection of cakes and bakes or a Tea. For the grown ups you can sip your favourite Cocktail from the the resident cocktail experts ready to bring a “cosmopolitan” touch to your stay. Or perhaps savour the Gin Menu.
