Just wanted to say a massive thank you for the great staff and excellent service we had while we came for our henny weekend. Your friendly staff added to our fun. Our gluten free friend was delighted with the choices for her breakfast, evening meal and the midnight snacks. I will definitely be recommending the package and hotel to friends looking for a great experience away (Donna – May 26).
Just wanted to thank you for the Prosecco we received in our rooms it was greatly received. I would also like to let you know that we all had an amazing time at the hotel. The food, afternoon tea, and spa were exceptional, and the staff were outstanding — welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. They truly made the experience special. We very much look forward to returning next year (Carol Dec – 25).
Just wanted to take the time to say thank you very much for the service etc during our stay for the Platinum Girls Weekend for my friends 40th birthday. She was absolutely delighted with all the surprises and we all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! The package was amazing and we couldn’t fault a thing – apart from it going past far top quick!! We will most definitely be arranging another trip back in the future (Arlene -2024).
Booked the girls night in package for my birthday and it really exceeded my expectations. We were given an amazing river view room (with a bath!) and were greeted with lovely cocktails and drinks on arrival. I was able to access Staff were so kind and did there best to make our stay memorable. Delivered a three course dinner to our room as well as the midnight munchies (and hot chocolate), all delivered at time requested (thank you to the porter who I didn’t catch the name of). This hotel is also dog friendly so my wee doggy was also able to come with us.
To top it all off a buffet breakfast was included which was a lovely start to my birthday. The room, access to leisure facilities and amount of food/drink you get makes this package great value for money. I recommend anyone whose thinking of booking to do so 😁 (2024).
Hen Day – Just to say a huge thank you, to you and your team, for working with us to give Alison such a perfect ‘Hen Day’. Your team did you proud , demonstrating the same level of professionalism and customer service that you have shown throughout the planning process. The events team have shown such a positive ‘can do’ attitude to all our ideas , requests and changes of time etc. whilst inputting additional suggestions and improving things along the way.
The Prosecco reception in your lovely lounge area was a great setting to meet and greet and our guests clearly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and lovely views from the lounge. A special mention must go to Lorna who steered everything beautifully for the Bride to be and then took great care of us the whole day , ensuring dinner went beautifully as well. Ably assisted by Sarah in the afternoon and the dinner team at night, all delivered great customer service and focus on our needs. They set up the dinner table beautifully (and had to clear it all away too after we left !!) and everyone remarked on the great menu choices and delicious food served .
Absolute special thanks to you for all the emails, your thoughtfulness and friendly professionalism and for simply making it all happen quite effortlessly. Going the extra mile with the bespoke labels and ice bucket was very much appreciated too. We had such a lovely day.
Girls Night In – Just returned from a ‘Girls Night In’ break with my girls and we had a wonderful time. The Leisure facilities have all been refurbished and the rooms were also lovely. The evening meal, although a limited menu was excellent and we really enjoyed our glasses of prosecco. The hotel is with in walking distance of the town center and there was live music in all the bars we visited (The Highlander, The Gellons and Hootenanny’s) However there was also music in the lounge of the hotel and we could happily have stayed there! Special thank you to the night porter who brought out our ‘midnight munchies’ when we returned to the hotel slightly after midnight. This package was excellent value and we really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find this refurbished hotel was modern, bright and so comfortable. The bar is relaxing with some great cocktails and the Restaurant was first class both for dinner and breakfast. We also had midnight munchies which were delivered promptly and expecting to get crisps and nuts, again pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a full platter of sandwiches, sausage rolls, wraps, crisps and sweets. What a fab weekend we had and will definitely be back. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Posted Feb 2023.

Amazing Experience – We stayed at the hotel on a girls night in package and couldn’t fault a single thing! The package was excellent value for money and all 8 ‘girls’ had a wonderful time, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was beautiful, food was good, beds comfy and the spa was really lovely, Thank you so much for making our weekend a memorable one for all the right reasons….it was perfect! I have just returned from a lovely “girls night in” overnight stay with yourselves and I just wanted to send a quick email to say it was a lovely weekend and we will definitely be returning in the future. I also wanted to pass on that some staff in particular were absolutely lovely, everyone we encountered were fab but 2 in particular from the Eight restaurant just stood out to me. Both Lucy and Catherine provided excellent service and were so attentive and friendly and just really seemed to make an effort to talk to us, they were working on Saturday night and really made us feel welcome and helped give my friend and I advice about where would be nice to go for some drinks afterwards and even gave us a map to show where they were so we could find them easily which was appreciated. They are a credit to your team and I hope can pass on my comments and say a big thank you again to them, and I hope if you have any staff incentives that they are recognised for their hard work and happy, positive attitudes. I just wanted to pass on my grateful thanks from both myself and our party. We had an absolutely amazing weekend and it’s largely thanks to yourselves and the package you provide at the Palace. The platinum girls package was perfect for our needs and the intoxicating tea party was the best we’d ever had and we’ve been to a few. All members of the party commented on how great the weekend was and that the tea party was one of the best they had ever been to. The food and cocktails provided at the tea party were excellent and great value for money. Everything ran smoothly from booking to us checking out of the hotel. All staff that we encountered over the weekend from Reception staff to bar staff and Dining staff were excellent, they were extremely friendly and helpful which added that special touch to the weekend. A special mention to Marlene who served us at breakfast both mornings who always served with a smile and seemed to go above and beyond for her guests comfort and needs. We also spoke to Louise and the reception seat who was also very lovely and helpful. And the midnight munchies were such a great touch and went down very well with the group. I really can’t express enough how great and we’ll ran our weekend was and I will definitely be recommending your hotel to others for any occasion and we will definitely be back in the future. Stayed her for the weekend for my daughter henny there was eleven of us in total. We had a great weekend the rooms were lovely warm and very clean the staff were also very friendly and efficient the food was also lovely with a great variety for breakfast and served with a smile ? would def stay here again. Lovely views of the river and a short walk to the centre a great base for all visitors to Inverness. Posted May 2019

The whole package from start to finish was excellent. The booking and organisation of the weekend was easy thanks to you and the hotel itself is lovely, I would thoroughly recommend a stay. We especially enjoyed our afternoon at the Sleeping Beauty Salon and would be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the girls there as well. Of note, the night porter on the Saturday evening went out of his way when serving our midnight munchies and cups of tea in front of the roaring fire in reception – he realised we had two vegetarians in the party and took it upon himself to make a round of cheese and pickle sandwiches for them.
