Spa Booking & Extra Details

• Book Online – you must tell us on your reservation in the request box which Spa Pamper treatments you’d like. We need this information at the time of booking and with at least 4 weeks notice prior to arrival to make sure your Spa times are available. Note package spa treatments cannot be booked using the Pretty Woman online booking tool so please follow these instructions. Also if the Spa packages are full, online rates will show bed and breakfast prices.
• Phone & Email – when you book by phone or email please tell us when you make your reservation which treatments you’d like.
• Late Booking – the Spa Pamper can only be booked by phone or email if you want a reservation within 14 days of arrival as spa treatments are very busy and subject to availability.
• Alternative Spa Salon - when the hotel Spa is full we may suggest Pretty Woman, Longman, Inverness as treatment location. Booked treatments can only be changed with agreement from Pretty Woman Spa.
• Saturdays – please note Saturdays are the busiest Spa Days so book early.  
• Remember to book – finally we really don’t want to disappoint you but if you make your reservation for Spa Pamper and forget to tell us your spa treatment preference, unfortunately we cannot guarantee spa treatment availability and so an alternative spa location may be offered.
• All spa packages are non-flex advance purchase with payment required at time of booking and are non cancellable unless a Spa treatment time us unavailable.
