Scottish Ballet presents this winter classic with a whole new production choreographed by Christopher Hampson. This tale of love and friendship in the face of adversity is a delight for all ages and is based on the same Hans Christian Andersen tale that inspired the hit film Frozen.
BUDDY – the Buddy Holly Story – 3rd – 8th Feb at Eden Court
Seen by over 22 million people all over the world, this hit musical brings to life Buddy Holly’s iconic music and rise to fame with the help of highly talented actors and musicians. Featuring evergreen hits like Rave On, That’ll Be The Day and Peggy Sue, the night will take you through Holly’s life from his early career to his last, legendary concert before his untimely death at the age of 22.
Oor Wullie – The Musical – 10th – 15th Feb Eden Court
Celebrating the 80th year of Scotland’s beloved comic strip, this brand new musical extravaganza sees Wullie and his friends search for his bucket. Combining rock, gospel and bhangra for a witty and very Scottish musical, you’re in for a treat with this one!
Frankenstein – 18th to 22nd February at Eden Court
This new adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic horror novel gives the sordid tale a twist by placing the 18-year-old writer in the action of her story as she wrestles with her creation and the place of young women in her society. The perfect theatre experience for a dark winter night!
David Walliams’ Billionaire Boy – 26th – 29th February at Eden Court
Joe Spud is the richest boy in the country with pretty much everything you could possibly want, except for a friend. Follow Joe along his journey as he realises what money can’t buy. Sweet belly laughs are guaranteed with this theatre experience suitable for the whole family.

RSNO: Viennese Gala – 9th Jan at Eden Court
This concert focuses mainly on the music of Johann Strauss, the most famous of Vienna’s composers. What could be a better way to celebrate the new year? Featuring timeless favourites like Fledermaus, On The Beautiful Blue Danube and the Thunder and Lightning Polka, the evening is presented by beloved RSNO tenor Jamie MacDougall and conducted by Tianyi Lu.
The Classic Rock Show -16th Feb at Eden Court
Playing tribute to music legends like Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and The Who, this new live production is a must-see for fans of classic rock. The show takes you through all the hits, the solos and the riffs for two and a half hours of iconic tunes that’ll have you singing along until your voice is hoarse. And it all culminates with an epic guitar battle that can’t be missed!
Inverness Music Festival – 27th Feb – 4th Mar at Eden Court
This music festival is by the local community and for the local community! During its week-long programme, there’ll be music classes and competitions in a variety of instruments and genres to drive home the festival’s central thesis: that performance is for everybody.
